The Bridgetown Conservatory of Musical Theater has announced the cast of its May 2022 live in-person production of The Theory of Relativity, per Neil Bartram and Brian Hill. The production will take place from May 19 to May 22, 2022 at the new Black Box Theater in Bridgetown. After postponing production to 2020 and then again to 2021, Bridgetown has high hopes for a successful third trial.

“We are thrilled to finally be able to present The Theory of Relativity,” said the artistic director and founder of Bridgetown. Rick Lewis. “It’s a beautiful musical written for young adults and performed by a singular group of young adults.” “Through a seemingly unrelated collection of songs, scenes and monologues, The Theory of Relativity presents a compelling cast of characters experiencing the joys and sorrows, the bonds and the losses, the inevitability and wonder of the human connection,” the authors explain. Originally scheduled for May 2020, production was rescheduled due to COVID. Bridgetown planned a December 2021 edit of the show, but COVID variants prevented a production.
