In the second year, participants choose their collaborator and work on the creation of a complete musical.
“One of my favorite things about this workshop has always been working with the early years as they develop their skills and grow as artists,” Cook said. “This year, we plan to introduce exciting new additions to the existing curriculum to provide a more complete learning experience. I look forward to working with the upcoming class and seeing the new perspective they bring to the landscape of the musical theater. “To learn more, watch this video by Janine McGuire and Arri Lawton Simon, a workshop-trained writing team, explain the easy application process, their personal experience in the workshop, and what the upcoming class can expect.
